Last updated: July 1, 2026. This page explains, in plain language, what Jewish Zodiac stores, what never leaves your browser, and what we will never do with your information.

The reading itself stays in your browser

Your free soul reading is generated privately, in your browser. The birth date, time, place, and name you enter are processed on your device to render the reading. We keep a copy of your reading inputs in your browser's local storage (so the parchment can "remember" you when you return); that copy lives on your device and you can erase it at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

What we store on our servers, and when

We store information on our servers only when you deliberately hand it to us:

Purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. After a purchase, we store your email address, your ink-drop balance, and (for patrons) your saved readings, so we can restore your vault on any device. Stripe's own handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

Vault restore. If you enter your email to restore a vault, we look up and sync the record described above.

Email opt-ins. If you leave your email for forecasts or updates, we store it with your Hebrew month so we can send what you asked for. Every message includes a way to opt out.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics, and the Meta Pixel to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the site — which pages are read, which are ignored. These tools may set cookies or collect device identifiers as described in their own policies. We do not use analytics data to identify you personally.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your email, your birth details, or your readings with anyone, other than the service providers named above who host and operate the site (Vercel, Stripe, Google, Meta) — and we share with them only what the service requires. We do not use your reading inputs for advertising.

Your choices

You can clear your local reading at any time (browser site data). You can ask us to delete your vault record and email by writing to us at badachavner@gmail.com from the address in question; we will delete it within 30 days. You can block the analytics tools with standard browser controls without affecting the reading.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
